Gary Pivotto, President of West Town Monona Tire, has been in the repair industry for over 35 years.  He has managed numerous repair facilities.  He is also credited with starting a repair business from scratch and turning it into one of the most successful repair facilities in the nation.

Gary purchased West Town Monona Tire in 1992 and through hard work and dedication has molded West Town Monona Tire into a state of the art repair facility with a reputation second to none.  Gary has excelled in bringing the best out of his employees; Employees who have moved on from West Town Monona Tire have excelled in all aspects of the work force.  Their success can be attributed to what Gary has instilled in them over the years.

Ted Manning

Managing Partner & ASE Certified Master Technician

Ted has been in a managing partner role with West Town Monona Tire since 1994.  Prior to that he was a line technician with two other repair facilities.  Ted's duties include daily supervision of all aspects of the repair business.  Ted claims his job is relatively easy and credits his success to his talented team members around him.  Ted is an ASE Certified Master Technician with L1 certification status.  He is a gradutate of numerous schools including Automotive Service Leaders Shop Management Service Supremacy and recently has gradutated with his AMI degree.

Ted has served on the board of directors for the ASA Wisconsin chapter, advisory board for youth apprenticeship program for Wisconsin and advisory council for Madison Area Technical College - Automotive Program.  Ted also currently proofreads an automotive newsletter for technical content, which is sold across the United States.  Ted's interests are water skiing and mountain biking.

Stephen Kazmierczak

Service Consultant

Stephen has been with West Town Monona Tire for over 7 years.  He has gradutated with a degree in business from the Madison Area Technical College.  Stephen also graduated from the Automotive Training Institute with emphasis in automotive service management.  He is recognized by Michelin as a product expert since 2003.  He definitely has the will and desire to succeed.  No problem is too large or small for him to tackle.  His thirst for knowledge and his ability to multi-task makes him a key player on the sales floor.  When he is not educating customers about their vehicles, Stephen also manages the convenience portion of the business. 

Donald Eyre

ASE Certified Master Technician & Diagnostic Specialist

Don has been with West Town Monona Tire since February 2002.  He was a great find!  Extensive experience, ASE certified master technician and L1 certification.  He graduated from MATC with a degreee as an automotive technician.  He combines an excellent mechanical aptitude and great attitude.  Don has been working in the automotive repair industry for 22 years.  To this day he loves the complex challenges that the automotive industry provides on a daily basis.  He enjoys remodeling projects and restoring his vintage Mustang.

Shawn Hefty

ASE Master Certified Technician

Shawn has been with West Town Monona Tire since 1999.  Shawn graduated in automotive repair from Madison Area Technical College.  Shawn has become ASE Master Certified Technician and is working on his L1 ASE certification.  In his free time he enjoys hunting, bowling & Volleyball.

Dan Lalley

General Service & Tire Technician

 Dan has been with West Town Monona Tire since the summer of 2006.  He has been working in the automotive industry since 2004.  Dan enjoys spending as much time as possible learning from the master technicians to improve his knowledge in the automotive industry.  Dan likes to spend his free time hunting and fishing.

Matt Swadley

ASE Certified Master Technician

Matt has been with West Town Monona Tire since the summer of July 2008.  Matt is a graduate of Madison Area Technical College as an automotive technician.  Mat also earned his ASE Master certification in the spring of 2009.  In his spare time he spends time with his familiy at their pizza business in Stoughton.  

Brandon Pivotto

Book Keeper, Service Consultant

Brandon has worked for West Town Monona Tire for over 10 years.  He has a passion for the automotive industry.  He is a graduate of UW Milwaukee, majoring in Business Finance.  Brandon is a key player in the day to day operation of West Town Monona Tire.
