Customer Reviews & Testimonials

"Great service all around with fair pricing. Brandon was excellent! He kept me up to date with every part of the process. From the diagnostic, to sending over an itemized list, and explaining everything very well. The process of getting my vehicle fixed was quick, easy, and trustworthy. Will definitely come back in the future for any repairs. Thank you to everyone at West Monona for all your hard work and quality service!"

"Super friendly, responsive, honest, and communicative team. I went in to purchase tires in the winter. I ended up trusting them for most of my auto repairs (tie rods, brake pads, oil change, maintenance, etc). Huge shoutout to Brandon for his honest advice for all my questions! The folks at West Town Monona work with you to accommodate your schedule and have an easy-to-use web interface. I have since moved from Madison, but would for sure work with them again."

"West Town Monona Tire is an exceptional auto shop that truly values quality and customer service. Their complimentary, thorough diagnostic inspection during my service went above and beyond my expectations. The level of care and attention to detail is unlike anything I've experienced at other auto shops. They earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for future service."

"Were able to turn around in one day with multiple services and checks (which is great for a Friday!). Cheaper than other auto service centers around that I've been to, and price ended up not being unreasonable. A full synthetic oil change was around 30 dollars cheaper than the usual price paid around the area. On top of that, I did not once feel pressured on any upsells or additional services. The staff here excellent, courteous, and kept me updated via text about status of the car. Thank you for setting my mind at ease and doing the outdated maintenance on my car!"

"I have a great experience at Monona Tire. My towing company had suggested to bring my car there and I’m so glad that they did. They were so upfront with the cost and the timeline and took the time to explain things very well. They also had a great pick up experience because I was not able to pick up during business hours. Overall, a very lovely experience. I would highly recommend."
